Amielynn is excited to be one of six invited guest artists to workshop and develop a play by Laural Meade at Center Theatre Group's Mark Taper Forum! Meade is an award winning writer, commissioned by the Mark Taper Forum to write a play based on public education in California.
This two week workshop (July 28 - Aug 10) will use ensemble based movement, viewpoint/composition, and academic research to explore the current state of public education.

Amielynn is touring Will and Company's WOMEN IN SCIENCE and TALKIN' BOUT MY GENERATION across the country!
WOMEN IN SCIENCE is a two person show that depicts the lives of six historical women who have shaped our country and deserve recognition for their achievements. Amielynn plays: Bessie Coleman the first African American pilot, Chien-Shiung Wu the first lady of physics, and Helen Rodriguez-Trias a Puerto Rican public health activist.
TALKIN' BOUT MY GENERATION is a one person show that examines six different young Americans that have faced social and diversity issues. In this 65 minute show, Amielynn plays: a Black Latina single mother, a Native American transgender, an African American male grad student, an autistic college student, and a Muslim American student.
